About Us
We at Happy Life Children’s Home chose to do something about it! Since 2002, we have rescued, and lovingly nurtured abandoned babies, and also connected some of them with adoptive parents all over the world. 18 years later the rescue mission has seen over 680 children ranging from one day old to around 15 years, come to Happy Life, with more than 350 of them getting adopted or placed in foster care awaiting adoption. Poverty and unemployment, health challenges, alcohol and drug abuse as well as dysfunctional family systems are some of the suggested reasons for abandonment in Kenya. It is exciting to state that unlike 18 years ago, more and more Kenyans are now adopting children into their homes.

Juja Home
Juja Farm Center is built on a bigger piece of land and is Home to over 90 school-going children at least four years of age. Each of the eight complete 3-bedroom houses shelters a mother and several children. The Multi-purpose hall continues to be used as a church on Sunday, a play area in bad weather and a dining hall during the week. Having a church at the Center has given the children a great opportunity to be part and parcel of the local community.
